The SM2 machine is designed for shelling pomegranates. The product is manually cut in half and loaded into the two processing heads. Through a membrane, a mechanical system moves a lever that intermittently strikes the fruit, detaching the arils from the skin.
The machine has a stainless steel construction. All components are easily replaceable; all parts in contact with the fruit are made of food-grade material. Quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.
The machine is manufactured in accordance with 2006/42/EC et seq.
