The SEEDY lemon hollowing machine is designed to automate the lemon hollowing process while preserving the integrity and external appearance of the peel.

The machine efficiently removes the pulp and juice from inside the fruit, turning the lemon into a natural container ready to be filled with ice cream, sorbet or other food preparations. The system ensures consistent and repeatable processing, significantly reducing production times and the need for manual intervention. It is particularly suitable for ice cream parlours, artisan laboratories and food processing industries using hollowed lemons as single-serving containers.
