The semi-automatic wedger mod. PWS for peeled and unpeeled pumpkin, butternut squash, watermelon and melon is manually fed.
Easily interchangeable cutting tool and fruit holder. Extremely safe: synchronized two-button start system by the operator + safety barriers.

Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, all components are easily replaceable and the parts in contact with the fruit are made of food-grade material.

Quick and easy cleaning and maintenance.

The machine is equipped with 2 product output belts with standard dimensions: 1200 mm x 400 mm.
