The SEEDY machine has been designed to remove seeds and fibrous strands from butternut squash, after they have been longitudinally halved or bottom-de-capped. This single-head processing machine is equipped with a tool that activates only when slight pressure is applied by the product to be processed, combined with a foot-pedal safety system. Furthermore, the machine features a removable hopper to facilitate cleaning and sanitation operations, and it is also equipped with a washing system to be used as needed during processing.The machine is entirely constructed of stainless steel and materials compliant with food-grade regulations.
