The semi-automatic twin-head die-cutting and coring machine is designed to cut pineapples into cylinders. An operator loads the fruit and the machine carries out the entire process in three stages: coring, trimming and cutting into cylinders. In addition to cutting into cylinders, the machine can cut the fruit into slices, wedges or chunks, depending on the customer’s requirements.
